Developer Mission Control

Aditya Nair

Cloud & DevOps Student building practical systems across AWS, automation, and IoT.

I like turning cloud concepts into working builds, from scalable AWS setups to connected device dashboards. My focus is hands-on learning: ship the idea, understand the architecture, and improve it until it feels reliable.

About

Developer first, tech enthusiast always.

I'm Aditya Nair, a Cloud & DevOps student who enjoys exploring how systems behave behind the scenes. I'm especially drawn to AWS architecture, deployment patterns, Linux tooling, and projects that make infrastructure feel tangible instead of abstract. Whether it's a scalable web app, a VPC built from scratch, or an IoT dashboard, I like breaking things down, learning the moving parts, and building them back in a cleaner way.

Cloud Labs Hands-on AWS practice around ALB, ASG, EC2, S3 hosting, VPC design, and cloud-native workflows.
Automation Mindset I care about repeatable workflows, good structure, and understanding the operational side of software.
Practical Learning I prefer building real things that expose tradeoffs, architecture decisions, and debugging lessons.

AWS Build Collection

A growing cloud portfolio that includes a scalable web app with ALB and Auto Scaling, a VPC built from scratch, a Mini Dropbox deployment on AWS, and a set of focused lab exercises for core services.

Featured Project

Smart Home IoT Sensor Dashboard

An Arduino + ESP32 + Firebase system for live environmental monitoring. It reads sensor data, pushes it to Firebase, and displays it through a responsive dashboard with authentication and alert-driven thinking.

Projects done on AWS

Open AWS Repo
AWS Scalable WebApp ALB Production-style multi-AZ setup with Application Load Balancer, Auto Scaling, EC2, and CloudWatch.
AWS VPC From Scratch Custom VPC with public and private subnet isolation, NAT Gateway, and bastion-based access.
Mini Dropbox Cloud file storage platform using AWS S3, RDS, CloudFront, EC2, Nginx, and Python Flask.
Application Load Balancer Dedicated lab for Layer 7 load balancing, health checks, and backend routing flow.
Auto Scaling Group + ELB Self-healing infrastructure lab focused on scaling policy behavior and traffic distribution.
EC2 Core instance setup practice covering launch flow, SSH, security groups, and lifecycle basics.
S3 Static Website Hosting Static site deployment practice using S3 bucket hosting and public website endpoint configuration.
Practice Collection A repo section that turns AWS learning into repeatable hands-on exercises rather than just notes.
Skills

Tools I keep reaching for

The stack here reflects what I'm actively learning and using across cloud, automation, and system-focused projects.

AWS Architecture labs, networking, compute, storage, scaling, and monitoring.
Linux Comfortable navigating the terminal and understanding the host environment.
Docker Interested in repeatable packaging and container-first deployment thinking.
Git Version-controlled workflows for experiments, projects, and iterative learning.
Python Used in backend experiments, automation ideas, and AWS-related project work.
Bash Shell commands, setup steps, and practical scripting for dev and ops tasks.
